Domestic Shipping (Hong Kong Only)

We deliver with EMS. A signature will be required upon delivery for the deliveries. If you are not in at our courier’s first delivery attempt and they cannot find a safe location to leave the package, they will leave a card, take your items back and then attempt to delivery on the following working days. Please follow the instructions on the card left by the courier to arrange redelivery.

We deliver with EMS or S-F Express. A signature will be required upon delivery for both delivery service. International Shipping (Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan only)
We deliver with EMS as Standard Delivery or Fedex for Express Delivery. A signature will be required upon delivery for both delivery service. If you are not in at our courier’s first delivery attempt and they cannot find a safe location to leave the package, they will leave a card, take your items back and then attempt to delivery on the following working days. Please follow the instructions on the card left by the courier to arrange redelivery.

Shipping Location
TRAANGLE warehouses are currently located in Hong Kong SAR. All domestic and international orders are shipped from Hong Kong for prompt deliveries.

Taxes and Duties
Any import duties and taxes are charged when the parcel reaches the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country. You are advised to contact your local customs office with any queries regarding customs charges. TRAANGLE is legally obliged to declare the full value (purchase price) of the product on any waybills or customs documentation. We do not declare a lower value on your package than the purchase price that you paid.

Refund / Exchange Policy

Traangle offers a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee on all of its products purchased with us. If you are not completely satisfied with your Traangle product or order, Traangle will gladly refund or exchange your item. Please see our refund/return policy below for more details:

If you would like to return an item, please email us in advance by giving your order confirmation number or invoice number, and you must fulfill ALL conditions as follows:
The shipment must be:
– Returned within 7 days from the date of delivery or date of purchase.
– Purchased from tra-angle.com or invoiced directly by Traangle Limited.
– Returned in its original condition and shipped back in the original packaging.
– Undamaged and in good condition.
– Enclosed the original sales receipt (shipping invoice).
– Returned via insured parcel post.
– Able to be shipped back with tracking information, and Traangle will not be responsible for any lost or damaged packages.

 

Return Procedure
Once the customer fulfills the condition listed above, please submit your return request by emailing us
at [email protected] Please note that every returned shipment requires the customer to provide the
below information in the return request email:
– Name
– E-mail address
– Order form number / invoice number,
– Reason for return
Once you receive a reply from Traangle customer support, please prepare the return shipment following
the steps listed above.

Reminders

– Shipping costs incurred in all returned shipment are not refundable.
– Refund or Exchange item will be sent out upon arrival of the returned shipment.
– Please note that there is a 15-day turn-around time for all exchanges and refund.
– Likewise, Traangle does not provide a refund for returned products that do not fulfil the above conditions. We reserve the right on all refund or return decisions. Please refer to the return policy if you have any questions.
– All products are allowed to exchange only once.

Warranty Exclusions
Traangle does not cover problems or failures caused by abnormal use of the products. Moreover, Traangle will not be responsible for incidental or consequential damages, or the natural breakdown of materials occurred with extended use.
